• User access management and security features
• Processing platform usage fees

AuditEasy explicitly:

• Does NOT provide audit services or professional advice
• Does NOT guarantee audit outcomes or compliance
• Does NOT verify the accuracy of audit data beyond our platform
• Does NOT make professional decisions for users

2. User Obligations

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate account information and maintain its accuracy
• Use the platform for legitimate audit and business purposes only
• Respect intellectual property rights and maintain confidentiality
• Obtain independent professional advice as needed for audit matters
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards
• Maintain appropriate security measures for their account access
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise platform security

3. Fees and Pricing

• Service fees are charged according to the selected subscription plan
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
• Enterprise customers may have custom pricing and payment terms

4. Intellectual Property

• The AuditEasy platform and all proprietary content remain our property
• Users receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform
• Users may not copy, modify, or redistribute platform content
• Users retain ownership of their own audit data and content
• We may use anonymized usage data to improve our services

5. Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to:

• The amount of fees paid for platform access in the 12 months preceding the claim

We are not liable for:

• Professional decisions made using our platform
• Accuracy of audit data or professional judgments
• Lost profits or consequential damages
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Data loss due to user error or third-party actions
• Compliance with audit standards or regulations

6. Data Privacy and Security

We will:

• Protect user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Implement reasonable security measures appropriate for audit data
• Only share data as outlined in our Privacy Policy
• Notify users of any security breaches as required by law
• Maintain audit trails for data access and modifications

7. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance
• Emergency maintenance may be performed without notice
• We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control

8. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Terminate or suspend access for any violation of these terms

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, and users consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
